These terms govern your use of gameroomsetup.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, the remedy is straightforward: stop using the site.

GameRoomSetup.com publishes planning information, clearance arithmetic and equipment research for home game rooms. It is general information for a general audience. It is not engineering advice, construction advice, electrical advice, legal advice or financial advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

Clearance figures, ceiling heights, load figures, cost ranges and product specifications are researched from published sources and are provided for planning. They must be verified against your actual room and against the specification for the exact model you are buying before you act on them. 2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or harvest the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers.
• Republish pages, substantial extracts, calculators or data tables from this site as your own, whether by hand or by machine.
• Attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting or its forms, including submitting automated or fraudulent entries to any email capture form here.
• Use the site or its content for anything unlawful.

3. Intellectual property, and what you may reuse

The text, page structure, calculators and original tables here are our copyright. Product names, brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Product photographs come from the retailer's own media and belong to the retailer or the manufacturer.

You may quote a reasonable extract, a paragraph or a row of a table, with attribution and a link to the page. That is welcome and you do not need to ask. You may not reproduce whole pages, rebuild a calculator from this site, or use the content to train or populate a competing product without written permission.

The underlying facts are not ours and we make no claim on them. Regulation dart dimensions, published table sizes and standard clearance practice are public information. What is ours is how it is written, organised and calculated here.

4. Affiliate relationships

Prices shown were accurate when the page was compiled and change constantly. Nothing here is an offer to sell at a stated price. Build totals sum only the lines that carry a single clean price; quoted lines such as dealer-delivered tables and installation ranges are excluded rather than estimated, so a build total is a planning figure to budget above rather than a quotation.

We link to retailers, manufacturers and standards bodies. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their prices, their availability or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything on the destination beyond the specific thing it was linked for.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

10. Changes and termination

We may change, correct, move or remove any page at any time, and we may change these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. We may restrict access to anyone abusing the site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the site is operated, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
